Reservation and Cancellation Policies

1- RESERVATIONS:

▪ Reservations are made through the PIX of the reservation guarantee value, which constitutes 50% of the total value of the contracted nights. Payment confirmation must be sent by email to reservas@pousadakactus.com.br or whatsapp (22) 99864 -1944 up to 24 hours after pre-booking. Only after receipt of the receipt will your reservation be confirmed.

If the deposit slip is not sent after 24 hours of the stipulated deposit date, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

▪ The remaining amount of the daily rates, plus any consumptions, is paid at check-out, in cash, PIX or credit card.

2- DAILY RATES INCLUDE:

▪ Breakfast, bed linen, towel, daily cleaning service of the apartment, in addition to the excellent leisure structure and services of our inn.

3- ENTRY AND DEPARTURE TIMES:

▪ Check-in 2 pm ▪ Check-out until 12 pm.

▪ Stay after check-out time, a fine equivalent to the daily rate of the day will be automatically charged.

4- CHILDREN POLICY:

▪ 1 Child between 0 and 5 years old does not pay in the same accommodation as the parents

▪ Two children under 5 years old accompanied by their parents pay the price of an adult person.

▪ Minors will not be allowed to stay at the Pousada, unaccompanied by their parents, without authorization with a notarized signature from the parents or the minor's legal representative.

5 - CANCELLATION POLICY IN LOW / HIGH SEASON

▪ Only cancellation requests sent by email or whatsapp will be accepted, by the reservation requester.

▪ Cancellation up to 15 days before – full amount refund* or date transfer.

▪ Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before – 70% refund of the amount paid or transfer of date.

▪ Cancellation less than 6 days in advance – There will be no refund of the amount paid and no transfer of date.

6- CANCELLATION POLICY - CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR / CARNIVAL / EXTENDED HOLIDAYS / SPECIAL PACKAGES:

▪ Only cancellation requests sent by email or whatsapp will be accepted, by the reservation requester.

▪ Cancellation up to 15 days before – full refund of the total deposited* or transfer of date;

▪ Cancellation from 14 to 7 days before – refund of 60% of the deposited amount or transfer of date;

▪ Cancellation up to 6 days in advance – There will be no refund of the amount paid.

▪ If there is an early departure during the accommodation, the full amount of the closed and combined package will be charged;

▪ The spot is always available until 12:00 the day after check-in. With no-show, the reservation is canceled without the return of the deposit.

7 - CANCELLATION POLICY DURING ACCOMMODATION AND BOOKING NOSHOW:

▪ If there is an early departure during the accommodation, the full amount of the closed and combined package will be charged;

▪ In case of no-show, the spot is always available until 12:00 the day after check-in. With no-show, the reservation is canceled without the return of the deposit.

8 - ANIMAL POLICY:

▪ Pousada Kactus does not accept pets.
